Our banquet stretch chair cover fits on round and square back chairs.  The material is not spandex, however it does offer some stretch to allow for use of a variety of chair styles.  The bottom of the chair cover does not go under the legs of the chair, it is made to hang and be removed from the chairs without bending over.
