Every step in our rental process has been designed with you in mind. We have streamlined the entire process to make it easier, quicker and more efficient freeing up more precious time for you!
1. GIVE US A RING
Getting started with Got Ya Covered Linens is as easy as picking up the phone. Your local GYC Rep will work with you to determine what resources would work best for you and your clients. Whether it’s having your own Design Center installed, Swatch Binders or GYC Catalogs, we’ve got ya covered!
2. DESIGN, DREAM, CREATE
As you peruse our extensive invetory, keep in mind that we are here to help with the design of your event as well. Our new website has a large photo gallery featuring photos from events that will surely get your creativity soaring! Even your local GYC Rep is happy to help you create an extraordinary event.
3. RESERVE YOUR ORDER
Callor 614.230.7709 to reserve your specialty linens. We’ll just need to know your event date, estimated guest count and the items you are interested in.
4. FINALIZE YOUR ORDER
About two weeks before your event, when your event RSVPs are in, and your floor plan is set; give us a call ator 614.230.7709. We will then adjust your initial reservation with your final order count before it is delivered.
Your order will arrive laundered, pressed, on hangers and ready to use! Place your linens, cover your chairs and watch the magical transformation take place before your very eyes!
After your event, simply place your rental items in the return bags included with your order. There is no need to launder or fold anything, just be sure all items are dry and free of any major debris. Our friendly delivery drivers will then pick up your return bags at your scheduled date. It’s just that easy!
